Foamix CEO to Present “The Changing Face of Dermatology”at the Bio Business Forum at Bio International 2006 in Chicago, April 10, 2006
Foam and OilGel™ products developer also selected to present four posters at Bio ’06

Ness Ziona, Israel, Wednesday, March 29, 2006 --- Foamix Ltd. (www.foamix.co.il), a specialty pharmaceutical company developing alcohol-free foam and OilGel™ products for the dermatology, cosmeceutical and ophthalmic markets, announced today that the Company has been awarded a speaking platform at the Bio Business Forum at Bio International 2006 in Chicago. The presentation, by CEO Dr. Dov Tamarkin, will take place on Monday, April 10, 2006 at 2:00 PM in Room C, McCormick Place South, Level 3 Exhibit Hall A. Dr. Tamarkin will update attendees on recent clinical and product developments and the Company’s plans for the future.

“Foamix has made significant all around progress in the past year. We have now signed seven partnership agreements. We also have three issued patents and 27 patents pending for our foam and OilGel technology. We believe that in the future, every significant dermatological drug will have a foam version based on our company’s technology,” said Foamix CEO Dr. Dov Tamarkin..

“Studies have shown that Foamix’s foams are better than creams and ointments when treating skin diseases for three reasons: safety, penetration and usability. In contrast with creams and ointments, Foamix foams hydrate rather than irritate the infected area and absorb into the skin two and a half times faster. In addition, unlike creams that need to be rubbed in, foams are applied, and instantly collapse with gentle spreading.  This means patient compliance is likely to increase, especially for those who need to treat large areas of the body,” said COO Mr. Meir Eini.

Foamix also announced today that the Company has been selected to present four posters at the BIO 2006 Innovation Corridor Poster on Wednesday, April 12, 2006, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Foamix CEO Dr. Dov Tamarkin will present the following posters:

Innovative Combination of Terbinafine and Urea in Foam

Betmetfoam™ - Betamethasone 0.12% foam, A Safe, Effective and Highly Convenient Anti-Psoriasis and Atopic Dermatitis Treatment

Novel Foam for Intravaginal Administration

AtopiFoam: A Steroid-Free Foam for Atopic Dermatitis

BIO participants are also invited to visit the Foamix team at the Company booth, number 1313.
